invites you to experience World Youth Day
from a uniquely Franciscan perspective

OUR PILGRIMAGE INCLUDES:

Pre-pilgrimage resources, including preparation materials and pre-pilgrimage gatherings coordinated with Capuchin Youth and Family Ministries, to help participants prepare to "receive power when the Holy Spirit comes upon you."
Post-pilgrimage follow-up session focused on the theme: "…and you will be my witness" ensuring that the World Youth Day experience continues after the pilgrimage
$1,500 donation to any group or parish bringing a group of 10 pilgrims

$2,795, per pilgrim, plus departure taxes
(approximately $225 - $300) and gratuities

Add a 5 day excursion to Ayer's Rock and Canberra
– additional $775, per person (Call for details)

$800 deposit due by January 1, 2008. (After January 1 add $150)
Balance due April 5, 2008

¹	The Australian friars will host pilgrims in several a large informal settings including their Retreat Center, a local parish and a lodge close to the WYD activities site. Pilgrims will bring their own sleeping bags and /or bed rolls. A LIMITED number of rooms in the retreat house are also available for a supplemental fee of $395, per person.
²	Opening Mass with Cardinal Pell, Arrival of Pope Benedict XVI, teaching sessions with international bishops, Youth Festival Performances and Exhibitions, Stations of the Cross through the city, Pilgrim Walk and Vigil under the stars with Pope Benedict XVI and closing mass.
³	Sydney Zoo, Bondi Beach, Blue Mountains excursions (add $50 per excursion or $135 for a package of 3)
